What is the relationship with your womb space?
For many of us, we have spent a lifetime being disconnected to our womb space.
We may only relate the womb to pregnancy or periods. Connection and education around how to connect with the womb can feel very foreign and even unable to us.
We cannot speak about feminine empowerment without really going all the way down here. And it doesn’t have to feel scary or intimidating.
That is my goal anyway- To hold this space for women to really go deep into the unknown, and the place we have for generations neglected.
My mission is to not create any expectations around what you might feel, achieve, gain, see.
It is just with the pure intention of getting to know you.
When we put this goal on ourselves that I have to connect with my womb to heal or be better, it puts this added pressure on ourselves and our womb. And we definitely don’t need this extra pressure on us which we are already dealing with and trying to navigate through already in this modern society.
Intention and being in devotion to just knowing you and listening is the priority. And whatever comes after is such a blessing.
So instead, just allow yourself a moment just to be.
Right now I invite you to warm your hands and gentle place them gently over your womb space ~this doesn’t need to look fancy, be in a yoni mudra or anything like that. (For location – feel for where the mons/mound of Venus is (pubic bone, central to the thigh creases). Your pinky fingers will touch your ovaries.
Take some nice easy, gentle breaths, nothing else is required.
Feel into what arises.
Maybe it feels uncomfortable, maybe you get distracted, maybe you feel numb, maybe you get bored? If that’s the case, then these feelings are our first point of inquiry. Feel into them, be curious, just allow them to be, try not to chase them away, just breathe.
Maybe something else happens, maybe you feel your womb space respond?
Maybe you’d like to whisper some words of love, encouragement, honoring, or just pleasure in the connection.
Either way, whatever you receive is where the gold lies. This is where she is asking for you attention. And that’s all we need to do.
The more you do this and be devoted to this, the louder you will hear her words of wisdom to you And they become louder. This is how you also learn to anchor and center yourself, especially when you find yourself getting caught up in the worries and chaos of the mind.
All it takes is 5 min a day. This is how you start to move from being afraid of the unknown to really embracing it.
