Your sensuality is the way you interact with life and your body in every moment. It all starts with connecting with your womb and yoni, your sacred temple. This is where deep self-connection is cultivated. Devotional breath and movement expand your capacity for pleasure and bliss. And it here that you begin to hear your inner wisdom and answers that we often overlook.

Through gentle activation of feminine energy, your inner feminine, once awakened, starts gently opening your senses and teaches you how to connect with your body.
The feminine enlivens everything it touches, and it helps you step into the present moment. That is Her biggest gift. As you cultivate the feminine, your connection with your body strengthens, and you start giving birth to other sensations and emotions, creating a different internal environment. You start to bring joy, bliss and love to the front of your heart.
