What I’m sensing in this moment—and what I feel deeply called to share—is the profound healing currently happening within the divine feminine. A collective awakening to the feminine consciousness. Many of us are experiencing intense shifts in the heart space: clearing, releasing, grieving, and purging. Or a desire to reconnect with the heart space.

These shifts are opening new love frequencies within us, urging us to confront ancient wounds and suppressed truths. In this withholding- we have also come to withhold from the gifts and wisdom of the high priestess.

For centuries, the divine feminine has been silenced, her gifts buried, and her connection to Source diminished. And we as women have experienced this in one way or another. But now, we are being called to surrender—to release the illusions, the shame, and the stories that have kept us disconnected. And come into this rise of LOVE TOGETHER.

Through this awakening and healing of the divine feminine, we are also experiencing an awakening of the magdalene codes. And awakening the magdalene codes within us.

A Time of Heart Clearing

We are in a pivotal time of immense heart activation and clearing. I can feel it. Can you?

So many women are coming into my spaces now for this exact reason, to step into this field of love. To experience softness, sensual aliveness and activation of their heart energy.

It is so deeply humbling and makes me feel alive, as I have been able to even witness women step out of my programs/offerings feeling a sense of renewal in their organic feminine energy. A feeling of centeredness, a feeling of power from within (rather than externally). This has allowed them to listen deeply to the words, the mysteries of the feminine, as she communicates through the body through energy and feeling.

Perhaps you’ve felt it too—waves of grief, purging, and release moving through you. These are not random occurrences; they are the stirrings of ancient wounds and suppressed feminine energy rising to be acknowledged, healed, and integrated. To pave the NEW EARTH.

We have to clear and meet with what has been forgotten with so much love, so we can offer our own path grace. As well as, start honouring the feminine and her softness.

As we clear and direct our attention to our inner world, we also make space to listen to and retrieve our feminine gifts that were there all along.

The Suppression of the Feminine

I feel the collective impact of the feminine’s suppression.

In fact, with my work with women, I know there has been a suppression of the feminine. I felt this my whole life. Where I never trusted my body, never trusted my psychic gifts, never felt I could be emotional, and if I was, I was shamed for it.

For generations, the divine feminine gifts have been diminished, hidden, or deemed unworthy. This suppression has pushed down our connection to our life force, our creativity, and the power of our hearts. Feeling pleasure has been something to feel guilty about or that we are undeserving of it.

Crying and releasing as been seen as too much. And taught to ignore our intuition or be are afraid to speak up and use our voices.

This collective and personal disconnection has fractured our relationship with our hearts; it has separated us from the aliveness that fuels our heart’s desires and the sacred medicine of our life force.

We have felt that we have had to take on hard facades of perfectionism to be accepted. Taking on identities that have been shaped by the “wounded masculine.”

This disconnect from our bodies, from our source, and from the wisdom of the earth has just caused us to stop remembering our gentle fierce, loving power.

But this is shifting. There is a desire to heal not just through doing but through being—through embodiment, through integration, and through honoring the rhythms of our feminine nature.

The Return of Ancient Gifts and Wisdom

This calling is not just about healing; it is about remembering.

The Magdalene Codes awaken the gifts of the ancient feminine lineage that live within us—the priestess, the healer, the shaman, and the embodied goddess.

These are the gifts that have been carried through our lineage and our cells but were just forgotten beneath the fears, the shame, the centuries of pain that we have been withholding in our systems. And these gifts are the gifts we are now reclaiming.

The priestess gifts asks us to express them from a full embodied expression- whether that’s in the form of being a mother, a businesswoman (the feminine way), an artist, a singer, a doula, a wisdom keeper, an earth shaman, a high priestess leading other women.

The Rose Frequencies

Mary Magdalene speaks to us and channels through us in different ways, maybe for you it’s visions, maybe it’s sounds, maybe it’s just a feeling.

I feel her presence. She comes as an energy and I even see her in my meditations. I am deeply guided by her energy and through the frequencies of the rose—a symbol of love, beauty, and transformation. The red rose embodies the grounding and creative power of our lower chakras, while the black rose represents the surrender required in our death and rebirth cycles. And when I feel into these two energies of the rose frequencies I feel her healing medicine.

The Magdalene energy invites us to honour our cycles of death and rebirth. And so, through these frequencies of the rose, they can assist us in releasing the stagnation, suppression, illusions and false narratives that have shaped our identities. to alchemise and transmute this into power and love for ourselves. So we can be of service to this world.

Embodying the Magdalene Codes: A Return of the Heart

To awaken the Magdalene Codes is to embody love, both human and divine. It is to remember that we are not separate from the universe, from the earth, or from each other. Or from LOVE.

When we connect with Mary Magdalene, we activate a deep inner power—the ability to see with the heart and to hold ourselves in love, even in the face of judgment or fear. This is the work of the priestess: to surrender, to let go, and to be reborn into our true essence.

She reminds us to to see through the eyes of love, to embrace our shadows, and to trust in the wisdom of our hearts and wombs.

To trust in the simplicity of just being. And realising our true nature in this presence and holding. To release perfectionism, end comparisons. And to courageously step into the sovereignty of our hearts, to honour the divine feminine and sacred masculine alike.

The Journey Home

The Magdalene path is not about becoming someone new or striving for perfection. It is about returning to what has always been within us—a deep knowing that we are whole, worthy, and connected to love. And fiercely, courageously, and devotionally show up for this kind of love.

To return to the ancient codes of your soul, that brought you here in the first place.

To connect deeply with the earth’s wisdom as a resource of support and nurturance as well as the higher consciousness, the cosmic realms. This means we MUST return home. We must return to the sanctuary of our bodies.

This is the only way- to be the channel.

This IS the way we bring back the ancient wisdom, that doesn’t live in logic or the mind, but a greater knowing and trust in the unknown.

Mary Magdalene invites us to disrupt the narratives of ego that divide us from ourselves and others. And invites us to disrupt our own inner narratives, which is why this path isn’t always easy. Her path isn’t easy. But it is transformative, it is healing and it is the way we can expand.

She reminds us that true power lies in simplicity, in the quiet recognition of our sacredness.

This journey requires trust. It asks us to reconnect with the earth, build an inner sanctuary within our bodies, and open ourselves to the divine flow of love, beauty and wisdom.

Answering the Call

Let us surrender to the cycles of death and rebirth, knowing that each release brings us closer to our true essence.

Let us awaken the Magdalene Codes and return to the heart—the source of all love, wisdom, and creation.
