That is Queen energy. Rooted in integrity and presence.

She is present and alive within all of us.

Here are some ways to start Embodying Your Queen Energy to get you started.

Know who you are

To embody your Queen Energy is to know who you are. The Queen energy is all about knowing who you are. And owning it. When I think of being in Queen energy, she is powerful and strong but with that comes a grace, a softness, a sense of surrender, an openness to be intimate with your emotions and internal world. And being really present and real with that. And this is how we start to get really intimate with ourselves.

We have so many conditionings and programs placed on us. But that is the point of channeling your Queen. You face the fears and things that don’t feel aligned with your soul and you courageous show up for YOU. It starts when you look deep within your heart and uncover your truth.

Know what you want

So often we say we don’t know what we want, or we take action and do things based on what we “think” we want. Or we do what we are told is trending and cool. And then in the end this feels exhausting. And then we start to go on that search again.

But….You do know what you want!

It starts off by looking within. Being held in safety to peel back those layers and truly feel into what you desire. Knowing what you want is discovered through your deep piercing presence, slowing down and getting still.

You can also know what you want by activating your pleasures. Figure out what turns you on. When you are activated in your sensual aliveness, you begin to understand what lights you up because you start to feel ALIVE from within. And from that space you are guided towards your goals, dreams, and desires.

Speak your truth

To embody your Queen Energy is to speak your truth.

For some of us, this takes serious practice. And this follows on from “Know what you want.”

When you know what you want from the heart level, you then have to show up for that and choose courage to speak your truth. To know when you are settling for less.

The Queen isn’t afraid to stick by her heart. And Set Healthy Boundaries.  A Queen manages her energy wisely and sets healthy boundaries. While she loves others, she knows she needs her own space and cannot be everything to everyone. She does not censor herself or worry about ruffling feathers. And this can be tricky for the people pleasing ways. To be honest I am still working on this.

But you will begin to attract people who love and respect you when you get real about your values and your truth. And practice standing by these.

Take bold Action

Queen energy is a strong force.

She does not sit around waiting for others to validate her or to give her permission to go for her dreams. She gets still, she listens to her heart and womb and then from there, she takes bold action.

The thing is, a lot of the time we don’t know what is going to happen so you have to know that failure is part of the process.  A Queen knows that creating a beautiful life requires risks and failure.  However, because she doesn’t let that fear stop her, she reaps beautiful rewards.  Plus, she doesn’t see it as a failure until she stops trying, and a Queen never stops trying.

So start small.

Take baby steps.

Tune into your courage. And act! Feel the fear and do it anyway. Move gracefully and boldly in the direction of your dreams.

Stand tall and with elegance

Your body is a beautiful vessel. So train it to stand tall and proud.

Even when you’re scared or unsure, DECIDE to stand tall. Your posture will say it all. And it will communicate to your mind that I love me.

You can decide your worth by showing up. BELIEVE and KNOW that you are a gorgeous soul with limitless full potential and a beautiful heart. This is your natural essence. The essence of love. So know your worth but do it with humbleness. And this happens through your grace and elegance. By

A Queen knows that true elegance starts from within. It’s not about external accolades, degrees, how many followers you have or status. It’s about how she feels internally and that feeling radiates as powerful and humble.

Be in Service to Love

The Queen understands that a life built on service and offering value is the key to a joyful life. She doesn’t live in lack or in gripping on to social status, and therefore she’s not catty or competitive. She thrives on seeing women thrive in her presence.

This is a crucial part of queen energy. Queens do not put others down. She does not think she’s better than or putting others (or herself) on a pedestal. The Queen is about being strong in your own worth that you lead with love. You desire to lift others up and have compassion and empathy.

Your gorgeous presence inspires, empowers, and opens others up. And those that are afraid of this power is on them.

Shine your light brightly and unapologetically, and invite those around you to join you in your queendom. Because every woman – every human – deserves to feel the strength and beauty of embodying their inner queen.

It’s never about arrogance. (Arrogance is just insecurity overcompensating). It’s about taking ownership of yourself, unleashing your unique brilliance into the world, and unapologetically daring to confidently BE that. With your thoughts, your feelings, your words, your actions, your presence.
