How to Effortlessly Tap Into Your Inner Power and Live Life to the FullesT
I have noticed that women are needing practices that make them feel alive in their bodies, to open up to everything that they feel, and to feel the activation inside of themselves.
We hear so much about having compassion for yourself, tapping into your creativity, and having love for yourself, but what is missing are the practices where you can actually do this.
A number one thing for all of this to happen is for you to feel safe within yourself. If you do not cultivate safety within yourself, then you will only be seeking this from outside or out.
Wild woman practices allow you to unleash your magnificence and transform your life.
Wild woman practices help you tend to your inner fire which is about having the courage to go for your desires and manifesting them.
We have been held back from our sensuality, our aliveness, our body and intuition. We have felt shame for what we feel. For what we are capable of desiring. And feeling we are unworthy of not receiving. And so we carry this deep inside of us. Until some of us become numb. Or we don’t know what we desire anymore.
Pleasure Practices for Healing
I know you want to feel good in your body. That’s why pleasure practices that help you connect with your body, your sensuality and your aliveness is key. And at the same time they help you move through stuckness, ickinnes you may be holding in the body. When you do this, you start to repattern things that have held you back from moving with flow in your life.
Thats what my practices, offerings, trainings and sisterhood ceremonies are all about.
I have created my programs like Feminine Remembrance so you start to feel a sense of vibrancy and flow in your life as you move through resistance or hardness.
If you find yourself having negative thought patterns like feelings and thoughts of not good enough, or worthy of receiving the beautiful conscious relationships, you have to choose first to shift this. And then be immersed in wild woman practices that help you reclaim your sensuality and sexuality as a way to move from the mind and tap back into your most authentic self.
That is where we reclaim our highest self- through pleasure.
What is Pleasure?
By ‘pleasure’ I mean feeling ALIVE in the PRESENT MOMENT SENSATIONS.
We have a very distorted image of ‘pleasure’ because of which many of us busy women do not tend to explore this vital aspect of womanhood.
ALIVE in the PRESENT MOMENT SENSATIONS means being so deeply intimate with yourself, even when there is pain. Because when we don’t, we tend to shame ourselves into thinking I can’t feel this and that, I can’t feel that good, I have to stay in this struggle.
But when you are devoted to pleasure, you are devoted to feeling alive in the body and you start to realise it’s not about feeling good all the time. Your aliveness is about feeling alive and being with life, through the felt experience within your body – which includes IT ALL! Embracing all of your feelings!
This is when you totally embrace your becoming and remembering as a woman, rather than numbing or discarding or doubting aspects of yourself.
We tend to focus so much on the fixing and being in the mind and trying to figure it all out, and we use so much of our vital life force energy. In turn, we are missing our full potential and knowing we can use that energy in places that are going to benefit us.Â
So We need these practices and work with them daily.
And this is what I love to share in my offerings.
Reclaim your Inner Power
Since we were young we were taught that our feelings or our wild nature are unacceptable. We were told our light, our voice, pleasure, expression, fierceness, sexuality, freedom, power, rawness- we were told that it was too much, not loveable, not ok.
We are carrying our shame and other pain in our wombs which shuts down our whole aliveness.
We bury it in our nervous system.
We feel anxious. We carry it in our jaws. Our wombs also become numb, cold, rigid. So we need practices that wake us up, create warmth, a fire,.We need to relight that fire inside of us.
It can seem like a struggle in reclaiming your sensual, erotic, beautiful, vibrant power. But with the practices that I share, they are fun and allow us to feel connected with the body.
It’s really important when we do this work of connecting to your feminine energy, because we have been internalising so much collectively, and a lot has been rooted within us from generations. So we do need somatic practices and embodiment practices that can help us release and move through it. Otherwise we get stuck, we stay in that misery and suffering.
So no more sister ok? And you don’t have to do it alone.
When you have a healthy nervous system, a vibrant essence, when you are continuously releasing stuck energy- this is what happens:

- More clarity
- More creative juice

- You stop searching because you are in your wholeness
- You magnetize
You have a fire that is waiting for you to be tended to.Â
