In this blog we are going to dive into The Relationship With Your Body and Womanhood: A Journey of Awakening and Empowerment

So… What is your relationship with your body?

And how do you experience your womanhood?

These questions are at the core of understanding ourselves on a deeper, more intimate level. They invite us to reflect on how we connect with our physical and emotional selves and recognize that our womanhood, our bodies, and our lives are intricately intertwined.

Reconnecting With Your Lineage Can Set You Free

It’s essential to understand that your womanhood matters. And developing a love language with your body matters. Trusting the wisdom, the emotions, and the sensations she speaks to you matters. Taking space to be with this in your daily life matters.

The journey you’ve been on is held within your body. Not just your experiences, but also those of your mother and the women who came before you.
Understanding your own mother’s path, and her relationship with her own body and how she connects with her womanhood, can often give us some insight in how we learn about our womanhood and our connection to the body. It can show us how we learn about giving and receiving, how we learn about rest and if this is something we feel guilty about. How connected we are the energies of our womb space- the center of our feminine.

We hold experiences and stories of our lineage in our bodies. Their experiences, triumphs and traumas impact our lives and shape how we live today. It shapes our nervous system and how safe we feel in our capacity to receive and allow ourselves to trust our intuitive guidance.

For most of my life, I felt anxious, I never felt the security that I desired.  And I seek external validation for my intuition and desires.

When I started to work with my womb- I asked myself a question- who before me felt this way?

It not only gave me so much insight but more compassion for my mother and grandmother.

Centuries of repression and abuse of feminine principles that our ancestors and grandmothers have experienced have been passed down to us from womb to womb. And yes, we can then carry this within our bodies also. And can then influence the way we relate to ourselves, our body and others.

We are physically, emotionally and spiritually impacted by the experiences of our ancestors. We are so connected with them. We carry not only our burdens, but also those of our mothers, our grandmothers, and even the collective experiences of women through history. These burdens can manifest as physical symptoms, emotional struggles, or energetic blockages in the body.

But…

When you work with the womb, you clear old imprints and create new linguistic programming for years to come.

your body is a temple

Come Home To Your Body for Empowerment

When you engage with your body, when you release what you’ve been holding, you make space for healing, transformation, and yes, pleasure.

Pleasure is not just an indulgence; it’s a powerful tool for healing. It allows us to reconnect with our bodies, to celebrate our womanhood, and to experience life fully. Our bodies are sacred vessels that hold both our stories and our power. When we honor that, we unlock the potential for profound change.

So imagine what a new world we as women could create.

We are in a great awakening and we are called to be the midwives of birthing a new era.

Womb healing is our doorway to the gateway to that.

No matter how many triggers show up in our days, we will never be able to work them all out. Sometimes, our body will want to feel it all, and that’s it, sometimes, she will want us to work it out, other times, just journal or dance it out and that it.

So as you can see, this isn’t about rehashing the past for the sake of dwelling on it. Instead, it’s about recognizing what comes up in your body—those emotions, sensations, and patterns that shape the way you relate to yourself and others. What is your relationship with your body?

What is the relationship you want to have?

Check out my episode about the importance of being body literate.

When we come home to our bodies, when we understand and connect with what we’ve been through—both on a personal and collective level—there’s an immense sense of empowerment and feminine awakening. This kind of awakening brings us into a place of compassion and love, not just for others but for ourselves. We begin to relate to ourselves differently

We have sex differently.

We open up differently.

And yes, we even start to receive money differently.

We heal differently. We interact differently with women. Even our relationships with our mothers and other women around us can shift when we begin to heal and understand what is stored in the body.

To Experience Your Womanhood is to Experience Love

To experience the fullness and totality of your womanhood is to experience the totality of love.

Feel how love is forever present within us, through every heartbeat, every breath in and out, every touch we offer ourselves, every moment we allow ourselves to self-soothe and become the mother to our inner girl. Every time we allow ourselves to fully feel.

Every time you show up for YOU- Regardless of the outcome, because you know whatever happens, you will always be ok.

If you go on that date and he doesn’t call back, you know you will be ok. And you are so anchored in the frequency of your own love and dignity that you are not here to settle for less than feeling safe.

Experiencing your womanhood is like cracking open. It is a rosebud pulling back her layers to bloom in the most sensual, seductive, unpredictable ways. It happens in the blossoming open.

Through your experiencing of pleasure. And the amount of pleasure that is available to you, even when you feel tired or your heart is breaking into a million pieces… OR when you feel like life is so challenging… your womanhood is awakened in your surrendering of all of this.

Feeling the the blessings.

Feeling your connection with the earth and spirit.

Your Womanhood Has Been Through So Much

Your womanhood has been through so much, always moving forward, always doing, always penetrating into life, always giving, taking care of others…

So what if first of all we just honour that and give her so much grace and compassion?

What if now you were showing up to choose another way to nourish your womanhood?

To trust what you feel deep within your body, trusting you know what you need instead of forcing things to happen. To know you are precious just in your being.

I believe your womanhood is journey of holding yourself in feeling safe to come into this receptive state. To trust your heart knows how to self heal.

To trust your womb knows what to do with the pain and heaviness.

To give yourself permission to just allow yourself to enjoy what is here. So often we push things aside, we make excuses as to why we can’t enjoy ourselves, or we continue telling ourselves we are so hurt, in the process we block our ability to just feel joy. To allow ourselves to just be in the moment.

your womanhood

It can sometimes feel difficult to go to these spaces of softness and sensual connection because maybe we create barriers through our stories or limited beliefs about what we believe we are worthy of receiving. but as we deepen our connection with our erotic abundance, we allow ourselves to embrace pleasure, worthiness, and self-love. We start to receive and open to more that is so healing to the pathway of our womanhood.

The Deeper the Relationship with yourself, the More Powerful You Are

As we deepen the relationship we have with ourselves, we also begin to explore what we desire in our relationships with others.

We ask: What does respect look like?

What does willingness to fully engage with life and love look like?

These questions are vital because when we show up for ourselves in a way that honors our values, boundaries, and sovereignty, we cultivate the same level of respect and reverence in our relationships with others. We become the energy we desire to attract.

remember the power, wisdom and pleasure of your wild body

Womanhood, body, sex, voice, and creation—all of these are interwoven. When we connect with our womanhood, we’re also connecting with our creative power.

This requires us to have an open dialogue with ourselves.

Are we willing to have these conversations?

Do we know how to?

Often, we don’t even realize this conversation is possible until we start listening to our bodies and tapping into the wisdom they hold.

Learning the language of the body is a simple yet profound practice. It’s an awakening, a nurturing act of self-love.

The body holds wisdom, medicine, and power, but many of us don’t know how to tune into this. It’s a process of turning inward, of coming home to ourselves and beginning to trust the messages that come through.

It’s easy to avoid this deeper work. It’s easy to distract ourselves, to numb out, to fall into patterns that keep us from confronting our inner landscape.

We tell ourselves that it’s too hard, that we don’t have the strength or resilience to face the difficult emotions held in the body. But this suffering, this emotional weight, rests in the body, waiting to be released.

When we begin to awaken to this holding, even in the simplest ways, we start to OPEN.

We realize, “I do have the power within me to move through this heartache. I do have the strength to move with my body and receive its intuitive messages.” And when we allow ourselves to release, we also open to desires.

When we breathe life into those desires, they come alive. This is the beauty of alchemizing what’s held in the body.

Sacred Embodiment

This process of release and alchemy is at the heart of the work I do with women.

It’s a guided journey, grounded in movement, reverence, and deep respect for the feminine experience. I am constantly in awe of the softness that emerges when women connect with their bodies and their pleasure.

When I witness this, I can feel and sense the release. There is often a shedding of a layer, a heaviness that lifts. Sometimes, women don’t even know what they’ve been holding onto until they feel it fall away.

Sometimes, there are tears. Sometimes, there’s a profound sense of relief. I see it—the new restfulness, the peace that comes when we let go of what has been weighing us down.

This release is about more than just feeling good. It’s about more than lighting candles and indulging in self-care rituals. It’s about deep, transformative healing. It self empowering, it’s a self-realisation of what is possible.

In the end, the relationship we have with our bodies is the foundation for everything.

It shapes how we experience our womanhood, our relationships, our abundance, and our creativity. When we turn inward, when we honor and listen to our bodies, we reclaim our power. We come home to ourselves. And that is where the real magic happens.
